celebrity chef Todd English.  The 
photograph was created in his New
York City restaurant Olives in Union
Square.  The lighting was simple with
one hand held flash on the camera and
a second flash off to the side.  The 
photograph was used as part of a 
publicity campaign for Todd English
and his line of restaurants and products.
